Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email. Help customers with order tracking, product queries, and return requests. Prior experience in customer service preferred.
Manage inventory, process incoming stock, pick and pack orders for dispatch. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, manage Facebook and Instagram ads, create engaging content, and track performance metrics to grow our online presence.
Help build and maintain our e-commerce platform. Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Thymeleaf, and MySQL required. Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
