If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, you can contact our support team to request changes or cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified but can be returned after delivery.

We offer a 7-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Some items like opened batteries are non-returnable for safety reasons.
